RESOLUTION 98-340
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO SIGN THE
ELECTRONIC PROPRIETARY DATABASE (EPDB) LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH
HENNEPIN COUNTY
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has developed electronic forms of certain data
bases and an electronic proprietary geographical digitized data base hereinafter referred to
as "EPDB"; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth desires to use the County's EPDB in the course
of conducting the City's business; and
WHEREAS, the parties agree that the execution of a conditional license agreement
is necessary to adequately protect said EPDP;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are
hereby authorized to sign, on behalf of the City of Plymouth the Electronic Proprietary
Database (EPDB) License Agreement with Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on June 3, 1998.
