RESOLUTION 98 - 337
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR HANS HAGEN HOMES FOR LOT 1, BLOCK
1, PLYMOUTH STATION (98088)
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Hans Hagen Homes which
requests approval of a lot division for the creation of a lot, as legally described
on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the lot division is sought is
as legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a
part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the lot division.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does
approve the lot division for Hans Hagen Homes, subject to the following
conditions:
1. This resolution approves a lot division for Lot 1, Block 1, Plymouth Station, in
accordance with the plans received by the City on May 18, 1998.
2. Covenants regarding cross access, parking and fire access shall be
submitted for staff review and shall be filed with Hennepin County prior to
issuance of building permits.
3. There shall be no driveway access to Medina Road, County Road 24 or
Highway 55 except for the drives as shown on the PUD general plan dated
August 5, 1997.

distance of 64.50 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described;
thence North 1 degree 03 minutes 19 seconds West 132.00 feet; thence North
68 degrees 29 minutes 19 seconds West 21.00 feet; thence North 21 degrees
