APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
NW -19 TRUNK SANITARY SEWER
CITY PROJECT NO. 5003
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Miscellaneous items that exceeded the original bid quantities including clearing,
grubbing, aggregate pipe bedding, select granular backfill, select granular
borrow and miscellaneous items that decreased the original bid quantities
including check dams, salvage organic topsoil, aggregate surfacing, silt fence,
and turf establishment items.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for NW -19 Trunk Sanitary Sewer, City Project No. 5003, is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 for NW -19 Trunk
Sanitary Sewer Improvements, City Project No. 5003, by adding $56,422.60 is approved:
