RESOLUTION 98-334
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATION
WHEREAS, Commercial Refrigeration was responsible for the overall ice systems, boards
and glass at the Ice Arena project, and
WHEREAS, all of this work has been completed in an orderly and proper fashion, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation is recommending approval of final
payment of Commercial Refrigeration,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that final payment to
Commercial Refrigeration is hereby approved in the amount of $6,221.41
Adopted by the City Council on June 3, 1998.
