Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 1998-330CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 98-330 REJECTION OF BIDS FOR OPERATION OF AGGRESSIVE SKATE PARK WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth received sealed bids on May 12 at 11:00 AM for the operation of an Aggressive Skate Park, and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said bids, for Aggressive Skate Park operation, and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is not in the best interest of the City to award contracts for the operation of an Aggressive Skate Park within the City, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FO THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bids for the operation of the Aggressive Skate Park Equipment are hereby rejected, and fiirther, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to return bid bonds to all bidders. Adopted by the City Council on May 20, 1998.
