RESOLUTION 98-329
REJECTION OF BIDS FOR AGGRESSIVE SKATE PARK EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth received sealed bids at 11:00 AM on April 21 for the
fiirnishing of Aggressive Skate Park Equipment, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said bids, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is not in the best interest of the City
to proceed with the constriction of an Aggressive Skate Park at this time,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FO THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bids for Aggressive Skate Park
Equipment are hereby rejected, and further, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is
authorized to return bid bonds to all bidders.
Adopted by the City Council on May 20, 1998.
