RESOLUTION 98-324
Approving Change Order #3
and Final Payment to Midwest Asphalt Corporation
WHEREAS, Midwest Asphalt Corporation has completed all work at the Plymouth Ice
Center, and,
WHEREAS, Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended approval of Change
Order 43 and final payment be made to Midwest Asphalt Corporation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Change Order 43 in the amount of $1,488.46 and final
payment in the amount of $8,794.46 is hereby approved for the Plymouth Ice Center
Project.
Approved by the City Council on May 20, 1998.
