RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 321
APPROVING THE PLACEMENT OF
"NO PARKING" SIGNS ON 18TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, on street parking has been noted on 18"' Avenue between West Medicine
Lake Drive and Forestview Lane; and
WHEREAS, such parking creates a public nuisance and potential traffic congestion;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby authorizes the installation of "No
Parking Anytime" signs at the following locations:
South side of 18"' Avenue between West Medicine Lake Drive and
Evergreen Lane.
2. North side of 18"' Avenue between West Medicine Lake Drive and
Forestview Lane.
Adopted by the City Council on May 20, 1998.
