RESOLUTION 98-310
APPROVING DESIGNATION OF LIQUOR ESTABLISHMENT
OPERATING MANAGERS
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Code requires that each corporation, partnership, and association
holding a liquor license must designate an Operating Manager who is acceptable to the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, a background investigation has been conducted on each proposed Operating
Manager by the Police Department and no reasons for denial were found.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Plymouth City Council that the following
Operating Managers are hereby accepted:
