HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1998-308CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 98 - 308 APPROVING PUD GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT FOR HANS HAGEN HOMES TO DELETE THE REQUIREMENT FOR A SLOPED ROOF ELEMENT ON THE HOLLYWOOD VIDEO, RESTAURANT/RETAIL, AND FAST FOOD BUILDINGS FOR PLYMOUTH STATION LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST QUADRANT OF HIGHWAY 55 AND COUNTY ROAD 24 (98065) WHEREAS, Hans Hagen Homes has requested approval of a PUD General Plan Amendment for property legally described as follows; and Lot 1, Block 1, Plymouth Station. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Hans Hagen Homes for a PUD General Plan Amendment to amend the design standards for Plymouth Station, subject to the following conditions: 1. A PUD General Plan Amendment is approved in accordance with the application and building elevations received by the City on April 29, 1998, except as amended by this resolution. 2. Detailed building elevations shall be submitted at the time of final plan review to determine compliance with the design standards. 3. With the exception of the Hollywood Video, restaurant/retail, and fast food buildings, all other buildings shall contain a sloped roof element. Adopted by the City Council on May 20, 1998.
