RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 296
APPROVING 1998 RECYCLING GRANT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has adopted the funding assistance policy for source
separated recyclables to distribute fiends to the Cities for development and implementation of
waste reduction and recycling programs; and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has set as a requirement that the City enter into the 1998
Municipal Recycling grant Agreement with Hennepin County to receive these fiends; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to receive these County fiends.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the City enter into the 1998 Municipal
Recycling Grant Agreement with Hennepin County and authorize the Mayor and City
Manager execute the agreement.
