RESOLUTION 98-293
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 AND FINAL PAYMENT
TO GRAZZINI BROTHERS
WHEREAS, Grazzini Brothers Co. has completed the tile work in the Plymouth Ice
Center project, and
WHEREAS, the constriction manager has recommended a deduct amount of $8,847 for
credits to the City on the project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed said change order and
final payment application,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
Change Order No. 1 in the deduct amount of $8,847 and final payment in the amount of
$483 is hereby approved.
Adopted by the City Council on May 6, 1998.
