RESOLUTION NO. 98-291
APPROVAL OF ONE CURRENT MODEL 10 FOOT HYDROSTATIC FOUR
WHEEL DRIVE ROTARY MOWER WITH SNOWBLOWER ATTACHMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of (1)
current Model 10 Foot Hydrostatic Four Wheel Drive Rotary Mower with Snowblower
Attachment; and
WHEREAS, as in accordance with the State Statute, bid specifications were prepared and
distributed, and bid proposals were received and opened on April 13, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received; and
BIDDERS
MTI Distributing Co.
North Star Turf, Inc.
PRICE
$44,197.50 Plus $617.70
$46,826.00
WHEREAS, that the bid from M.T.I. Distributing Co. is in conformance with the City's
specifications; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid in the amount of $44,197.50
including tax for (1) Current Model 10 Foot Hydrostatic Four Wheel Drive Rotary Mower
with Snowblower Attachment plus $617.70 for the Door Screen Kit.
Adopted by the City Council on May 6, 1998.
