RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 282
EXEMPTION OF ANNUAL WETLAND MONITORING REPORT
PLYMOUTH HILLS 7TH ADDITION (97027)
SE'/4 NW/4 OF SECTION 21, T118N, R22W
WHEREAS, the developer(s) of Plymouth Hills 7TH Addition, have filled 0.24 acres wetland as
approved by Resolution No. 97-634; and
WHEREAS, the impacted wetland basins were mitigated off-site at Plymouth Station at the
required 2:1 ratio; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Station's developers, Hans Hagen Homes, will be monitoring these
mitigated sites along with Plymouth Station's mitigated areas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Plymouth Hills 7"' Addition's developers are released from
monitoring their off-site mitigation at Plymouth Station and that requirement is deleted from
Resolution No. 97-634.
