RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 281
DESIGNATING CONSULTANTS
MAINTENANCE BUILDING EXPANSION
CITY PROJECT NO. 8018
WHEREAS, the City's adopted Capital Improvement program provides for an expansion of the
maintenance facility in 1998; and
WHEREAS, a project budget has also been established as part of the CIP; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to select a consultant to prepare plans for the expansion of the building;
and
WHEREAS, Oertel Architects has submitted a proposal to provide services for the expansion; and
WHEREAS, the Principal in the firm of Oertel Architects was the project architect for the design and
constriction of the existing building.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Oertel Architects are designated as the consultant for the
Maintenance Building Expansion Project in accordance with their proposal dated April 16, 1998.
Adopted by the City Council on May 6, 1998.
