RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 280
ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
FORD ROAD/SHELARD PARKWAY INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 1008
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of Ford Road/Shelard
Parkway Intersection, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the
following bids were received by the City of St. Louis Park complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that Midwest Asphalt, Inc. of Eden Prairie, MN is the lowest responsible
bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA THAT the City of St. Louis Park is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into the contract with Midwest Asphalt, Inc. of Eden Prairie, MN in the name of
the City of St. Louis Park for the Ford Road/Shelard Parkway Intersection Improvements Project
according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the
office of the City Engineer in the amount of $468,620.10.
Adopted by the City Council on May 6, 1998.
