APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
EAST MEDICINE LAKE BOULEVARD
CITY PROJECT NO. 7006
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following:
Additional compensation to the contractor to furnish and install rip rap to
protect the shoreline retaining wall and foundation.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for East Medicine Lake Boulevard, City Project No. 7006,
is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 2 to Hardrives, Inc. for East
Medicine Lake Boulevard Project, City Project No. 7006, by adding $23,700 is approved:
