CORRECTING RESOLUTION NO. 98-208
CHANGE ORDER AND FINAL PAYMENT
WEATHERPROOF SYSTEMS, INC.
PLYMOUTH ICE CENTER
CITY PROJECT NO. 5041
WHEREAS, By Resolution No. 98-208 adopted on April 1, 1998, the City approved Change
Order No. 1 and the final payment to Weather Proof Systems, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the amount of the change order was incorrect since it included a previously
approved change order; and
WHEREAS, final payment in the amount of $23,422.70 was correct; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the previous resolution is corrected by changing the
approval to Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $12,158.70.
FURTHER, that final payment in the amount of $23,422.70 is confirmed as in the previous
resolution.
Adopted by the City Council on May 6, 1998.
