REIMBURSING DEVELOPER FOR REQUIRED
WATERMAIN CONSTRUCTION
LAKE POINT DISTRIBUTION CENTER (96045)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and United Properties have entered into a Site Improvement
Performance Agreement (SIPA) dated July 2, 1997 for the development of Lake Point
Distribution Center (96045); and
WHEREAS, as part of this development, the developer was required to constrict a 16 inch raw
waterline in the Parkers Lake Corporate Center 8th Addition in order to conform with the City of
Plymouth's overall Water Distribution Plan; and
WHEREAS, the developer installed the required 16 inch raw waterline along the northerly
property line of Lot 1, Block 1, Parkers Lake Corporate Center 8th Addition; and
WHEREAS; it is the policy of the City of Plymouth to reimburse developers for required
watermain constriction as provided for in the development contract and/or SIPA; and
WHEREAS, this amounts to $30,758.90, based on the actual constriction costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the 16 inch raw waterline constricted in Parkers Lake
Corporate Center 8th Addition be accepted for continual maintenance as of May 6, 1998.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the developer, United Properties, is to be reimbursed by the
City of Plymouth in the amount of $30,758.90 for the required 16 inch raw waterline constriction
based on the alignment and the approved constriction plans.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the fiinds be allocated from the Trunk Water Fund.
