STREETER COMPANIES FOR TWO COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS TO KNOWN AS PLYMOUTH HILLS SHOPPING CENTER FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF 34TH AVENUE NORTH AND PLYMOUTH BOULEVARD (97183) WHEREAS, Kenneth R. Streeter Companies has requested approval of fire lane variances for two commercial buildings located at the southeast corner of 34"' Avenue and Plymouth Boulevard, legally described as; Lots 3, Block 1, Plymouth Hills 7"' Addition. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Kenneth R. Streeter Companies for fire lane variances, subject to the following conditions: I. The buildings must be protected by an NFPA 13 automatic fire sprinkler system. 2. The buildings must be protected by an approved automatic fire alarm system. 3. Fire hydrants be located in approved locations on site. Adopted by the City Council this 6th day of May, 1998.
