HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1998-263CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 98-263 APPROVING A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ACCESSORY BUILDING AT THE ELM CREEK PLAYFIELD LOCATED WEST OF PEONY LAND AND NORTH OF THE SOO LINE RAILROAD AT 4905 PEONY LANE (98038) WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth Park and Recreation Department has requested approval of a site plan amendment for an accessory building at Elm Creek Playfield located west of Peony Lane and north of the Soo Line Railroad; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Meeting and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by the City of Plymouth for a site plan amendment for an accessory stricture at Elm Creek Playfield at 4905 Peony Lane, subject to the following conditions: This site plan amendment is for constriction of an accessory storage building approximately 1,280 square feet in size, as shown on plans received on March 5, 1998. 2. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. 3. This approval shall expire one year after the date of approval, unless the property owner or applicant has substantially started constriction of the project, or unless the landowner or applicant has received prior approval from the City to extend the expiration date for up to one additional year, as regulated under Section 21045.09 of the Zoning Ordinance.
