RESOLUTION NO. 98-260
TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM PROJECT ADMINISTRATION FUND TO GENERAL
CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND FOR ICE CENTER PROJECT NO. 5041
WHEREAS, the Ice Center constriction project is essentially complete; and
WHEREAS, poor soil conditions, unfavorable bidding climate, and winter conditions added
substantially to the cost of the constriction; and
WHEREAS, additional fiinding is required to assist with the additional costs incurred, and fiinds
are available within the Project Administration Fund to cover these costs; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the memo from the City Manager describing the
conditions and concurs with the recommendations for fiinding of the additional costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby directed to transfer
$1,078,905 from the Project Administration Fund to the General Capital Projects Fund for the Ice
Center Project No. 5041.
