RESOLUTION 98 - 258
AMENDING RESOLUTION 97-117 FOR LOT DIVISION OF LOT 3, BLOCK 1,
"GOLFVIEW WOODS" TO REMOVE A REQUIREMENT THAT PARCEL A SHARE
A DRIVEWAY WITH THE PROPERTY TO THE EAST (9619 1)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Lot Division for Golfview Woods under
Resolution 97-117 on February 19, 1997; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 5 of Resolution 97-117 stated as follows: "The shared
driveway and reconstruction of the existing driveway shall be complete prior to occupancy
of the new proposed home"; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 6 of Resolution 97-117 stated as follows: "The lot division
shall show the removal and reconstruction of the existing driveway on the parcel to the
east. Revised plans shall be submitted to the City prior to filing the Lot Division"; and
WHEREAS, the owner of Parcel A has requested that the Conditions No. 5 and 6 be
removed so he may constrict a separate driveway for Parcel A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does amend the
resolution for a lot division for Lot 3, Block 1, "Golfview Woods" by removing
Conditions No. 5 and 6 of Resolution 97-117 as follows.

6-.7.Prior to issuance of building permits, revised plans showing the location of the new
driveway shall be submitted for review and approval by City staff.
