RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 252
DENYING TOBACCO LICENSE FOR
ARKADY'S MARKET
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a tobacco license from Arkady's
Market, 3425 Highway 169; and
WHEREAS, all required fees and insurance have been provided; and
WHEREAS, on March 26 during routine compliance checks conducted by the Plymouth
Public Safety Department, the applicant sold tobacco; and
WHEREAS, this sale involved selling to a juvenile, as well as selling without a license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that a tobacco license is hereby denied for Arkady's Market, 3435 Highway 169.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Arkady's Market may submit reapplication for a
license to be effective January 1, 1999.
Adopted by the City Council on April 15, 1998.
