RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 249
APPROVING OFF -SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
AMERICAN OIL COMPANY, 3855 PLYMOUTH BLVD.
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale 3.2 malt liquor license
from the American Oil Company d/b/a/ Amoco 42370, and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that an off -sale 3.2 malt liquor license is
hereby approved by the American Oil Company, 3855 Plymouth Blvd., for the period
through June 30, 1998.
Adopted by the City Council on April 15, 1998.
