RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 248
GRANTING PRIVATE ACCESS EASEMENT OVER OUTLOT D
PARKERS LAKE NORTH 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, Outlot D was deeded to the City as a condition of the Parkers Lake North 2"a
Addition; and
WHEREAS, granting said Outlot D for trail purposes causes Lot 1, Block 1, Shenandoah
Apartments Addition not to have access to Shenandoah Lane a public street; and
WHEREAS, the developer of Lot 1, Block 1, Shenandoah Apartments Addition has
requested a driveway easement over said Outlot D in accordance with the approved site plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to grant the requested private access easement across Outlot D, Parkers Lake North 2"a
Addition.
Adopted by the City Council on April 15, 1998.
