RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 247
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT AND RELEASE OF RETENTION FOR
SPANCRETE MIDWEST CORPORATION
WHEREAS, Spancrete Midwest Corporation has completed all work on the Plymouth
Ice Center project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended final payment be
made for their contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that release of retention and final
payment in the amount of $5,081 is hereby approved for Spancrete Midwest Corporation
for the Plymouth Ice Center project, and fiirther, that all fiinding shall be taken from ice
center fiinding accounts.
Adopted by the City Council on April 15, 1998.
