RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 245
APPROVING CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
COUNTY ROAD 24 SOUTH OF T.H. 55 AT
PRIVATE DRIVE ENTRANCE TO PLYMOUTH STATION
TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION AND
COUNTY ROAD 24 AND T.H. 55 WIDENING
COUNTY PROJECT NO. 9812
PLYMOUTH STATION (97145)
CITY PROJECT NO 6031
WHEREAS, an agreement for the constriction and operation of a roadway and traffic
control signal system on County State Aid Highway No. 24 between Trunk Highway 55 and
Medina Road, Hennepin County Project No. 9812, Agreement No. PW 13-17-98 has been
prepared and presented to the City; and
WHEREAS, the developer of the Plymouth Station site has previously executed a
development contract with the City, Contract No. 97145, guaranteeing payment of all
constriction improvements as referenced in Agreement No. PW 13-17-98 and to meet all
other requirements of this agreement; and
WHEREAS, a City prepared letter dated April 7, 1998 has been signed by the developer and
his constriction engineer referencing Constriction Cooperative Agreement No. PW 13-17-
98 agreeing to all other matters required by the County within this agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said agreement and all things are approved as
conditioned therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign
Agreement No. PW 13-17-98, Hennepin County Project 9812 and City Project No. 6031.
Adopted by the City Council on April 15, 1998.
