RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 244
APPROVING PURCHASE AGREEMENT
HOLLYDALE WATER TOWER SITE
CITY PROJECT NO. 2012
WHEREAS, the City is proposing to purchase Outlot H, Nanterre Addition, for a water
tower site; and
WHEREAS, a purchase agreement has been prepared and executed by the property owner
and is recommended for approval by the City; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to execute the purchase agreement on behalf of the City of Plymouth for the purchase of
Outlot H, Nanterre Addition at a cost of $108,313131.3131.
Adopted by the City Council on April 15, 1998.
