APPROVING MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
FOR OPTICAL SCAN VOTING EQUIPMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, that the staff is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with
Election Systems and Software for maintenance of the City's optical scan voting
equipment for 1998-99, in the amount of $12, 075.
Adopted by the City Council on April 15, 1998.
