RESOLUTION 98-235
APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR DECK CONSTRUCTION AT
13695 57TH PLACE NORTH.
WHEREAS, Peter and Jodi Kuretsky have requested approval to execute an
encroachment agreement; and;
WHEREAS, the property is legally described as:
Lot 32, Block 3, Camelot Overlook and;
WHEREAS, the City finds the encroachment agreement to be in the best interest of the
homeowners, subject to the conditions stated therein, and;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the mayor and clerk are hereby
authorized to sign, on behalf of the City of Plymouth an encroachment agreement that will
allow the constriction of a deck for property located at 13695 57t'' Place North.
Adopted by the City Council on April 15, 1998.
