RESOLUTION 98 - 233
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR MIM ENTERPRISE,
INC. FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF TROY
LANE NORTH AND -1 TH AVENUE NORTH (98048)
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by MIM Enterprise, Inc. which requests
approval of a lot division/lot consolidation to divide and consolidate two parcels of land
located in Walnut Grove Pond, as legally described on Attachment One, attached hereto
and hereby made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the lot division/lot consolidation is
sought is as legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a part
hereof, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the lot division/lot
consolidation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
lot division/lot consolidation for MIM Enterprise, Inc., subject to the following conditions:
1. This resolution approves a lot division/lot consolidation for Lots 1 and 2, Block 1,
Walnut Grove Pond, in accordance with the plans received by the City on April 2,
1998.
2. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memo.
3. Submittal of required drainage and utility easement documents as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing of the lot division/lot consolidation with Hennepin County.

4. If the property is Torrens, a Duplicate Certificate of Title is required for recording of
the easements.
Adopted by the City Council on April 15, 1998.

recorded plat thereof, which lies northerly of the following described line:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence on an assumed
bearing of S00°57'03"E, along the east line of said Lot 2, a distance of 21.40
feet, to an angle point in said east line, to the point of beginning of the line to
be described; thence N88°45' 14"W a distance of 176.13 feet to a point in the
west line of said Lot 2 distant 14.00 feet southerly from the northwest corner
of said Lot 2 and said line there terminating.
Reserving an easement for drainage and utility purposes over, under and across the
south 6.00 feet of the above described property.
PARCEL B
That part of Lot 2, Block 1, WALNUT GROVE POND, according to the recorded plat
thereof, which lies southerly of the following described line:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence on an assumed
