RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 228
FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION
FOR PILGRIM LANE PTO
WHEREAS, notice of Lawful Gambling Exemption have been submitted to the City by
Pilgrim Lane PTO for a raffle and bingo to be conducted on May 15, 1998.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF
PLYMOUTH finds no objection to the Lawfid Gambling Exemption for Pilgrim Lane
PTO for an event at Pilgrim Lane Elementary School, 3725 Pilgrim Lane, on May 15,
1998. The City fiirther waives the 30 day approval waiting period.
Adopted by the City Council on April 15, 1998.
