RESOLUTION NO. 98-219
APPROVING ON -SALE WINE LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR HUNAN BUFFET, INC.
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for on -sale eine liquor license from Hunan Buffet, Inc.,
and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates, and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant by the Plymouth Police Department resulted in no
recommendation for denial of the license: and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted and the City Council finds no reason to deny the license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bi- the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an on -sale
eine liquor license is hereby approved for Hunan Buffet, Inc., 10820 Highway #55, for the period through
Januaiv 31, 1999.
Approved by the City Council on April 1, 1998.
