RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 217
APPROVAL OF BID FOR SUNRISE PARK PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of
equipment of Sunrise Park; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute, bid specifications were prepared and
distributed and bid proposals were received and opened on M
BIDDER PRICE
EARL F. ANDERSON, INC. $71,684.92
ST. CROIX RECREATION, INC. $72,600.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Earl F. Anderson, Inc. is declared
the lowest responsible bidder for play equipment for Sunrise Park and accepts their bid in the
amount of $71,684.92.
FURTHER, that fiinding is from 410 Neighborhood Parks.
Adopted by the City Council on April 1, 1998.
