RESOLUTION NO. 98-216
APPROVING GASOLINE SERVICE STATION and TOBACCO LICENSE
FOR HOLIDAY STATIONSTORES, INC. D/B/A/ MR GAS, 11021 HIGHWAY 55
WHEREAS, an application for a gasoline seivice station and tobacco license has been received from Holiday
Stationstores, Inc. d/b/a/ Mr. Gas, 11021 Highway 55, and
WHEREAS, all required fees and certificates of insurance have been provided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that a gasoline seivice station and tobacco license is hereby
approved for Holiday Stationstores, Inc. d/b/a/ Mr. Gas, 11021 Highway 55, for the period April 1. 1998, through
December 3 L 1998.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on April 1. 1998.
