RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 214
APPROVING AGREEMENT
U.S. WEST WIRELESS, L.L.C.
M.I.P. WATER TOWER ANTENNAS
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously adopted a policy statement regarding the use of
City owned land for wireless telecommunciation antennas and towers; and
WHEREAS, the City received an application from U.S. West Wireless, L.L.C. to locate
antennas on the M.I.P. Water Tower; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared by the City Attorney which would allow U.S.
West Wireless, L.L.C. to have the antennas on the City M.I.P. Water Tower.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to enter into the agreements with U.S. West Wireless, L.L.C. to locate personal
communication antennas on the M.I.P. Water Towers.
Adopted by the City Council on April 1, 1998.
