RESOLUTION NO. 98-212
APPROVAL OF CONTRACTURAL PAVEMENT MARKING CONTRACT FOR THE
YEARS 1998 AND 1999
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved fiinds to contract with a pavement marking company
for 1998; and
WHEREAS, the City has prepared specifications and received bids on March 11, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
BIDDER PRICE
Precision Pavement Marking, Inc. $36,413.48 each year
AAA Striping Service Company $39,290.72 each year
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that we accept the bid from Precision Pavement Marking, Inc.
for $36,413.48 for each year of 1998 and 1999.
FURTHER, that the fiinding for the contractual pavement markings will be from 101-1610-7511.
Adopted by the City Council on April 1, 1998
