AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FROM THE
WETLAND CONSERVATION ACT
OSTBYE & ANDERSON BUILDING EXPANSION, 10055 - 51ST AVE. N.;
RYAN COMPANIES US, INC., (98029)
NE SW SECTION 12, T118N, R 22W
WHEREAS, the Ryan Companies US, Inc., (98029), proposes to fill portions of an on-site
small wetland, and
WHEREAS, the filling of this type of wetland is exempt from the Minnesota Wetland
Conservation Act under activities that are less than 2,000 sq. ft. in wetlands type 1, 2 or 6
(De Minimus, 8420.0122. Subp. 9 (3))
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Exemption Form for Ryan Companies US, Inc., (98029).
