RESOLUTION 98 - 210
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
1998 CRACK REPAIR PROGRAM
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the constriction of the 1998 Crack Repair
Program and all necessary appurtenances, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to
law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

6. Bergman Co's of Wisc. 51,000.00
7. Bargen, Inc. 55,200.00
WHEREAS; it appears that Northwest Asphalt Maintenance, Inc. of Goodridge, MN is the
lowest responsible bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached
contract with Northwest Asphalt Maintenance, Inc. in the name of the City of Plymouth for
the 1998 Crack Repair Program according to the plans and specifications therefore approved
by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk in the amount of
$33,540.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders and the
deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successfill bidder and the next
lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
