RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 209
APPROVAL CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 AND FINAL PAYMENT ON
ICE ARENA PROJECT
WHEREAS, staff has determined that Crystaplex has completed all of the work at the ice
center, and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $2,443 has been recommended for
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
$2,443 and final payment in the amount of $10,354 is approved for the Plymouth Ice Center
project to Crystaplex Division of Laird Plastics, Inc.
Adopted by the City Council on April 1, 1998.
