RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 208
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 AND FINAL PAYMENT TO
WEATHERPROOF SYSTEMS, INC.
WHEREAS, Weatherproof Systems, Inc., has completed work satisfactorily on the
Plymouth Ice Center project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation is recommending approval of Change
Order No. 1 and finale payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
$16,398.70 and final payment in the amount of $23,422.70 to Weatherproof Systems, Inc. is
hereby approved.
Adopted by the City Council on April 1, 1998.
