RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 195
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
ORDER PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS AFTER PLANS ARE COMPLETED FOR
ADDITIONAL PARKING AT
PLYMOUTH ICE CENTER/LIFETIME FITNESS
CITY PROJECT NO. 8012
WHEREAS, the City Council ordered a Preliminary Engineering Report be prepared for
additional parking at Plymouth Ice Center/Lifetime Fitness; and
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Engineering Report has been prepared and was presented to
the City Council at their March 18, 1998 Council meeting; and
WHEREAS, the project includes the installation of additional parking at the Plymouth Ice
Center/Lifetime Fitness facility and all necessary appurtenances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Roger Anderson and Associates is designated as the engineer
for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for making of such improvement.
2. Authorization is given to advertise for bids after plans have
been completed.
Adopted by the City Council on March 18, 1998.
