RESOLUTION NO. 98-187
APPROVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSES FOR
TGI FRIDAY'S OF MINNESOTA, INC.
D/B/A TGI FRIDAY'S
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale and Sunday liquor license from
TGI Friday's of Minnesota, Inc. d/b/a TGI Friday's, 4120 Berkshire Lane, and
WHEREAS, the Public Safety department has conducted an investigation and found no reason to
recommend denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the
application;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an on -
sale intoxicating and Sunday liquor license is hereby approved for TGI Friday's of Minnesota,
Inc., 4120 Berkshire Lane, effective March 18, 1998, through January 31, 1999. Issuance of the
license is contingent on receipt of a Certificate of Occupancy.
Approved by the City Council on March 18, 1998.
