RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 186
AUTHORIZE THE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON
ZACHARY LANE - 36TH AVE. TO CO. RD. 10 (BASS LAKE ROAD)
CITY PROJECT NO. 5030
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth will undertake the improvement of Zachary Lane between
36"' Ave. N. and Co. Rd. 10 (Bass Lake Road); and
WHEREAS, it is a requirement of the Office of State Aid that parking be restricted on
Zachary Lane between 36"' Ave. N. and Co. Rd. 10 (Bass Lake Road); and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Director of Public Works is hereby
authorized to install "No Parking" signs on both sides of Zachary Lane between 36"' Ave. N.
and Co. Rd. 10 (Bass Lake Road) with the exception of the widened portion of roadway on
the west side of Zachary Lane between 55"' Avenue and 56"' Avenue where parallel parking
will be allowed for Timber Shores park users.
Adopted by the City Council on March 18, 1998.
