APPROVING REVISED COST SHARING AGREEMENT
FORD ROAD/SHELARD PARKWAY INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 1008
WHEREAS, A revised Cost Sharing Agreement has been prepared by the City of St.
Louis Park providing for the following:
Revisions to the cost of the proposed traffic control signal system and
update of estimated costs from the 1992 agreement; and
WHEREAS, this additional work is necessary; and
WHEREAS, a revised Cost Sharing Agreement for Ford Road/Shelard Parkway
Intersection Improvements, City Project No. 1008, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That a revised Cost Sharing Agreement for
Ford Road/Shelard Parkway Intersection Improvements, City Project No. 1008, by
adding $44,469.32 is approved:
