RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 177
TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM PARK DEDICATION FUND TO
GENERAL CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, fiends are required to assist with financing of the improvements at West
Medicine Lake Park: and
WHEREAS, the Park Dedication Fund has fiinds available to assist with the financing of
these project costs; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the recommendation from the Finance Director to
transfer $30,000 from the Park Dedication Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby directed
to transfer $30,000 from the City and Community Parks Dedication Fund to the General
Capital Projects Fund for Project No. 7020. Further be it resolved, that the transfer is to be
made effective December 31, 1997 for the 1997 accounting year.
Adopted by the City Council on March 18, 1998.
