RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 176
TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM GENERAL FUND TO GENERAL
CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, fiends are required to assist with financing of the improvements at West
Medicine Lake Park: and
WHEREAS, the General Fund has fiinds available to assist with the financing of the
improvements; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the recommendation from the Finance Director to
transfer $99,500 from the General Fund to the West Medicine Lake Park Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby directed
to transfer $99,500 from the General Fund to the General Capital Projects Fund for Project
No. 7020. Further that the transfer is to be made effective December 31, 1997 for the 1997
accounting year.
Adopted by the City Council on March 18, 1998.
