RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 174
APPROVAL OF AWARD OF BIDS FOR LAWN MAINTENANCE 1998-1999
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the 1998-1999
Landscape Maintenance Program; and
WHEREAS, as in accordance with the State Statute, bid specifications were prepared and
distributed and bid proposals were received and opened on March 2, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
BIDDERS TOTAL
Isaacson Lawn Care $46,870.00
Western Services $68,724.00
T. Quintmeyer Lawn Service $77,374.40
Whereas, the bid from Isaacson Lawn Care is in conformance with the City's Specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Isaacson Lawn Care is
declared the lowest responsible bidder and accepts their bid in the amount of $46,870 for the
1998-1999 Lawn Maintenance Program.
Adopted by the City Council on March 18, 1998.
