RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 158
AWARDING MOBILE STAGE BID
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth advertised for sealed bids for the development of a mobile
performance stage, and
WHEREAS, the City received one bid which met specifications from Wenger Corporation
of Owatonna, Minnesota and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed said bids and is
recommending the award to Wenger Corporation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL
that the bid for one mobile performance stage is awarded to Wenger Corporation in the
amount of $82,222 plus tax, and fiirther, that fiinding shall come as a loan from the central
equipment fiind to the park dedication fiind with interest at prevailing City rates.
Adopted by the City Council on March 4, 1998.
